[Satellite6] Very slow publishing of a Content View with filters listing many errata
Issue
- creating a Content View (CV) with more repositories
- a filter to include (or exclude) most of errata applied to all/many of the repos
- publishing such CV takes a long time
- subsequent promoting the CV to another Lifecycle Environments is fast
