Overcloud deployment fails increasing number of IPs into NovaComputeIPs tables

Issue

  • When adding more IPs into NovaComputeIPs (for predictables IPs feature) the deployment fails with error Property error: resources.NetworkConfig.properties: Property ControlPlaneDefaultRoute not assigned.

  • Error logs seen during deployment:
