Can not remove datastores in CloudForms 4.x

Issue

Changes have occurred in the vmware (6.5) infrastructure and there are a number of data stores that have been deleted. I am attempting to update cloudforms by removing the old datastores and then tag the new ones. However, I can't delete the datastores. I have tried from numerous accounts including admin and I do not thing it's permissions.
