  • Running pcs stonith create commands fails with Error: missing required option(s) message
  • The missing options are marked marked as deprecated or obsolete in the fence agent description
  • Needed use the --force option to create the device

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 with the High Availability or Resilient Storage Add On
  • fence-agents-common-4.0.11-66.el7 or later together with pcs-0.9.152-10.el7_3.3 or earlier
