Cluster Nodes lose contact with each other after duplicate IP addresses are found on a network.
Issue
- Nodes report "A processor failed, forming new configuration" at the same time and the cluster goes offline.
- Duplicate IP addresses that correspond with cluster node IP addresses are found on the network
