Post Minor Update on RHOSP 11 new instances are getting stuck in BUILD state
Issue
- Post minor update of RHOSP 11, any attempt to launch a new instance results in the instance getting stuck in BUILD state only
- Minor update has been completed successfully without any errors, however the instances are not getting launched and are hanged in BUILD state.
