NIC network interface naming is not working on Dell R740 systems
Issue
- Interfaces on a Dell R740 system do not always have the expected Consistent Device Naming scheme name applied and end up with interfaces named eth0, eth1, etc.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- Dell R740 hardware
