Issue

Under certain conditions, bond load balancing performance is visibly worse when using RHEL 7.3 or RHEL 7.4 kernels. The same issue is seen in RHEL 6 after updating to RHEL 6.9.
A multi-stream iperf3 throughput test shows that even with layer3+4 hash selection, transmit traffic only flows over a single interface.
