Issue

The following errors occur in EPP 5 under load.

WARN  [org.jboss.cache.interceptors.OptimisticTxInterceptor] (ajp-xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx-8009-35) Caught exception, will now set transaction to roll back
org.jboss.cache.optimistic.DataVersioningException: Transaction attempted to create /org/hibernate/cache/StandardQueryCache/QUERY/sql: select this_.ID as ID6_0_, this_.NAME as NAME6_0_ from jbid_realm this_ where this_.NAME=?; parameters: idm_realm_commdash, ; transformer: org.hibernate.transform.CacheableResultTransformer@110f2 anew.  It has already been created since this transaction started, by another (possibly remote) transaction.  We have a concurrent creation event.
