Networking comes up with DHCP configuration, instead of static
Issue
- The machine should come up with a static ip address. However, in RHEL 7.4 the machine seems to boot using DHCP and then switches to using the static address after a few minutes of being up.
- The system is configured to use a static address, but is being overwritten by dracut
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
