Redirecting shtml to html if it exists
Issue
- If an html file matching the requested file is present, we would prefer to redirect the client to this instead of serving the shtml file. How could this be achieved with a RewriteRule?

- JBoss Web Server (JWS) 3.x
- JBoss Core Services (JBCS)
- Apache httpd
