Why does BIOS Password Status not getting displayed using dmidecode for HP workstations?

Issue

On HP workstations 8000 series and Z800 Series running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x, dmidecode doesn't indicate whether a BIOS Admin Password is set or not, whereas this works for other Vendor Hardware.
