-Unable to delete file console.log after ungraceful shutdown of nova instance during hypervisor reboot in Red Hat OpenStack Platform

-After an ungraceful reboot of the hypervisor, but also under other circumstances when an instance ungracefully shuts down, it is impossible to restart the instance.
