Comptibility symlink /usr/bin/redhat-access-insights missing

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Insights Client 3.0.1 doesn't create the backward compatibility symlink when upgrading a former redhat-access-insights client
  • yum install insights-client
  • ls -l /usr/bin/redhat-access-insights ls: cannot access /usr/bin/redhat-access-insights: No such file or directory
  • The %post contains steps, but looks that those are not executed correctly

Environment

  • Red Hat Insights 3.0.1
