On our recently upgraded RHV4.1 environment, we see the following re-occuring error:

"ERROR [org.ovirt.engine.core.utils.timer.SchedulerUtilQuartzImpl] (DefaultQuartzScheduler10) [abcd1234] Failed to invoke scheduled method performLoadBalancing: null"
