Apache httpd error "incomplete client cert configured for SSL proxy"
Issue
Apache httpd fails to start and error below is in logging:
AH02252: incomplete client cert configured for SSL proxy (missing or encrypted private key?)
[Wed Oct 11 12:48:25.671208 2017] [ssl:emerg] [pid 17445] AH02312: Fatal error initialising mod_ssl, exiting.
