initrd missing from grub.conf when redhat-release and kernel are updated together (7.1 -> 7.2)
Issue
- After updating the kernel to kernel-3.10.0-693.2.1.el7.x86_64 our system won't start up.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1
