Apache httpd AH01157: error parsing URL //123: Invalid host/port
Issue
- I cannot use a balancer-url of the form balancer://123 as it results in a 400 error, logging:
[proxy_balancer:error] [pid 326484:tid 140163117135616] [client 127.0.0.1:37450] AH01157: error parsing URL //123: Invalid host/port
