Issue
It is not possible to run VM with the following error message
The Custom Compatibility Version of VM test (4.0) is not supported in Data Center compatibility version 4.1.
In the engine.log is possible to see
2017-10-06 11:27:03,454-04 WARN [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.RunVmCommand] (default task-58) [0ff9becd-5370-4455-8b21-e46455b5ac73] Validation of action 'RunVm' failed for user test.
