[Satellite6] Adding a Product to multiple Sync Plans, not all plans are executed

Issue

added a Product to multiple Sync Plans (either by purpose or unintentionally / by a mistake)
since that time, original Sync Plan associated with the Product is not working for this Product
optionally, after deleting the new Sync Plan, the Product stopped to be further synchronized at all
