How to add RHEV provider using compound credentials through Cloudforms APIs

Issue

• We need to add RHEV providers with the Metrics C&U part via Cloudforms APIs.
• We have tested it via the Cloudforms Web Interface and it works correctly, but when we do it via cloudforms APIs, we have found that the documentation is incomplete, because there are some parameters like the Metrics API Port or the Metrics Hostname that does not appear how to enter them.
• Need an API example to add RHEV provider through Cloudforms API.
