rhui-installer --cds-lb-hostname was run with the incorrect hostname

Issue

During the installation of the RHUA 3, the cds-lb-hostname option was not included and prepopulated from the answers file provided with the rhui-installer rpm. The hostname is pre-set in the answers file to "cds.example.com" and certs are now created for the RHUI environment with this cds-lb-hostname included.
