Configure rsync timeout in mariadb

Issue

  • When we try to resync a mariadb node, the below rsync timeout exception throw after default 300 seconds.
Job for mariadbcluster.service failed because a timeout was exceeded. 
See "systemctl status mariadbcluster.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details."
