[Fabric] Client script returns authentication failed

Issue

  • Running a series of Karaf client script commands (bin/client) intermittently returns Authentication failed. There is no further error logged by the bin/client script nor inside the Karaf container log file.
    the user credentials passed into bin/client are correct.

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Fuse
    • 6.3.0 prior to R6
  • Standalone and Fabric environment
