Why does the Fetch Operation Return Changed in Ansible Tower but does not Bring Over the File?
Issue
While running playbooks that go out and fetch files and return them to a directory in Ansible Tower, the job completes as successful even when the job does not actually save the file.
Environment
- Ansible Tower >=3.0.x
