Subscription-manager fails with "subscription-manager register Validation failed: Partition Table"
Issue
- While registering a system provisioned with
Red Hat Satellite, the following error occurs :-
# subscription-manager register --org="some_org --activationkey="some_key"
Validation failed: Partition Table <Table_name> does not belong to <OS_name> operating system
Environment
- Red Hat Satellite 6.x
