[Satellite 6.2] When viewing a product on WebUI, it fails with error `Product with UUID could not be found.`

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • When viewing a product on WebUI, it fails with error Product with UUID could not be found.

  • Product display fail with error Katello::Resources::Candlepin::Product: 404 Resource Not Found {"displayMessage":"Product with UUID '<product-uuid>'
    could not be found.","requestUuid":"<uuid>"} (GET /candlepin/products/<product-uuid>)

    Note: Here product-uuid created randomly when product was created. So it would be different from one Satellite to another.

  • Observed following traceback in /var/log/foreman/production.log:
