Fail to detach cinder vnx iscsi volumes

Issue

  • Try to detach volume from instance: In the nova log it will report fail to detach and the cinder volume status is still shown as in-use:

    2017-08-23 07:27:28.280 3509 ERROR oslo_messaging.rpc.server DeviceDetachFailed: Device detach failed for vdb: Unable to detach from guest transient domain.
