JBoss ON agent can't find EAP 6 config file if base directory is not the default

Issue

• My EAP6 standalone server is not being discovered by the JON agent. The error in the agent log is:

opt/jboss/eap-6.0.1/standalone/configuration/standalone.xml (No such file or directory)
