[RHEL] /proc/mounts disagrees with 'mount' command.

Issue

/proc/mounts shows a different data for a mountpoint, when comparing to /etc/mtab or # mount command.
df output shows that a filesystem is not mounted, however running mount -a says that the filesystem is already mounted.
