How to recover bootstrap fabric container bin lib folders

Issue

• How to recover bootstrap fabric container bin,lib folders from $Fuse-home/patches/.management/history
• During our support activities we had accidentally deleted the bootstrap container (fabric container) in one of our critical environment
• Is there any option to recover this bootstrap container files from other fabric containers.
