[RHGS] How can I ensure that my geo-rep slave volume is mounted read-only, without disrupting the functions of geo-rep and other gluster internal clients?
Issue
In a RHGS geo-replication setup, the slave volume can be modified by default, if the volume is mounted with the rw option. This is NOT desired because slave volumes should never be edited manually. Only geo-replication from the master volume should be able to modify the slave volume.
However, if I mount the slave volume read-only, gluster internal clients such as geo-rep may no longer be able to access the volume.
How can I mount my geo-rep slave volume read-only, while ensuring that geo-rep and other gluster internal clients continue to work?
