Cgroups memory usage monitoring event reported while the threshold is not yet breached
Issue
Cgroup events registered through cgroup.event_control to monitor XY amount of memory usage, are reported much "sooner" (the threshold is not yet breached).
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- kernel version 3.10.0-363.el7 and later
