After performing an update and reboot, iptables fails with the eror

May 23 08:58:42 overcloud-compute-0.localdomain iptables.init[97726]: iptables: Applying firewall rules: iptables-restore v1.4.21: Set NIPv41ceae8fa-f8d2-4910-ad66- doesn't exist.
