Trouble registering satellite server to RHN

Issue

• Customer cannot get satellite server registered to rhn utilizing install.pl script.

• Customer receives the following output:

  * Performing pre-install checks. 
  * Pre-install checks complete.  Beginning installation. 
  * RHN Registration.

  HTTP Proxy Username?  
  RHN Profile Name [server.example.com]?  
  Satellite
  registration failed: Fatal error registering with RHN.  Check your
  proxy settings and parent server and try again.  Also ensure that the
  specified user exists and that the user has an available Satellite
  software entitlement.
