nfsv4 Does Not Honor the sync Mount Option in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
Issue
- The sync mount option for NFSv4 is being ignored.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- all kernel versions up to and including 6.4
- NFSv4 client
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 is not affected
