Issue

At the moment 3scale uses the same Private Base URL for the Sandbox and the Production Gateway. We have a use-case where we want to use the Sandbox Gateway for the Try-It-Out-Functionality in the Active Docs and Developer Portal. For this case, the Try-It-Out functionality should point to a different, non-production Backend or even a mock API.
