Following Red Hat Network Satellite 5.5 upgrade, Oracle errors "ORA-12519: TNS:no appropriate service handler found" may be logged
Issue
Customer upgraded their Satellite environment, which uses an external Oracle database, to 5.5. Immediately following the upgrade, they noticed a repeating error message in logs and traceback emails:
'ERROR', 'Connection attempt failed', 12519, 'ORA-12519: TNS:no appropriate service handler found\n'
