How to set-up database failover in Tomcat on JWS 3.1?
Issue
- Requirement is to setup Database auto failover at tomcat server side. When Primary DB server goes down, tomcat server should connect to standby DB server automatically. Hence there is no need to update secondary DB server in required config file in tomcat server side when Primary DB server is down and restart tomcat server to take an effect of the change.
