New Windows VM not recognizing Virtual Disk

RHV 3.6
RHV 4.0 and 4.1

Windows VM

Issue

When installing a new Windows VM it is not recognizing the Virtual HDD provided.

Resolution

The most likely cause for this behaviour is most likely a response to the RHV Guest Tools having not been installed. Below are links to the Virtual Machine Management Guide that walks you through the process.
