Set up Billing with an external finance system
Issue
- How to setup Billing configuration where Invoice is to be used but not credit-card charging?
- External finance system will generate invoices to be sent to customers based on 3scale invoices and charge those customers. Can we use the Billing API for this?
- Paid plans will only be available to a select few customers. How do we migrate those existing customers to the new plan?
