MCMP fails to EAP 7 mod_cluster balancer if its bound to 0.0.0.0
Issue
- We use an EAP 7 instance as a mod_cluster load balancer. If we bind it to 0.0.0.0, MCMP requests to it fail with a 405 and JBoss instances cannot join the balancer.
