How to pass in user and password to an external REST service in JDV

Issue

  • server.log entry similar to
WARN  [org.teiid.CONNECTOR] (Worker1_QueryProcessorQueue4) Connector worker process failed for atomic-request=B99zN6HDXBYW.0.4.3: org.teiid.translator.TranslatorException: TEIID15005 Error Calling HTTP Service - 401 Unauthorized
  • need to specify a user name and password for an external rest service
