Duplicate log output in server.log for EAP 6
Issue
- Every log line is duplicated in server.log for a category when using configured handlers
- Seeing duplicate log entries
- When attempting to override the root-logger handlers to log to FILE but not to CONSOLE, getting duplicate entries in the log file
