SSSD segfault in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4 because of domain_type option
Issue
- After updating to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.4 we experience the below issue when starting
sssd. The problem is caused by the parameterdomain_type = ldapin/etc/sssd/sssd.conf. If we remove this parameter the service runs normal:
