[Fabric] Profiles inheritance - logging configuration

When we modify org.ops4j.pax.logging.properties PID and then apply it, the logging configuration applies or does not apply randomly.

When we add org.ops4j.pax.logging.properties PID to custom profile, then its configuration apply depending on the parent parent profile.
