What mod_jk load balancing method should we use?

We are seeing an uneven distribution of the load across our 32 JBoss Instances.

We are currently using the "Busyness" model for load-balancing as recommended by the Amentra consultant that was brought in last year. We originally were on "Request" model and think "Session" may be the next one to try but need to get a recommendation from JBoss on this issue.
