How do I find, what is changing the server/JVM TimeZone at runtime
Issue
- The JVM/server get started with the host time zone e.g. IST/PST etc.
- During the run after sometime the timezone changes e.g. from IST changes to UTC/PST etc.

- Oracle/Openjdk 1.6 onwards
