Satellite 6 Hammer Host Returns "Resource host not found by id '1234'"

Issue

Existing hosts in Satellite experienced the following issue:

• From hammer

# hammer host info --name client.domain.com
Resource host not found by id '1234'

• From the API, the following will throw an error
  https://satellite.domain.com/katello/api/systems/1234
