RHEL 7 equal-cost multipath ECMP routing selection logic has changed
Issue
- There has been a change in the path selection logic for multipath routes between RHEL 7.2 and RHEL 7.3.
- Before RHEL 7.3, the path selection was per-packet
- In RHEL 7.3, the path selection is per L3 hash
- In RHEL 7.4, the path selection is per L3+L4 hash
